Q. How do you determine what names are used in your programs?
A. Extensive research is done by the Funworks product development team to ensure that our name lists are current and up to date. Every attempt is made to ensure that as many of the most popular names are included in each program as possible. The lists are updated frequently in order to keep them fresh and current.
Q. Can Funworks make custom pieces, if I have a unique name or a name that doesn't appear in your program?
A. As much as we would like to, we are unable to do small custom orders, or put requested specific names on our products. We do our very best to make sure that as many names as possible go into each Funworks program. Our programs have different name lists matched to the customers who buy them.
If one personalized item does not have your name, you may want to try a different one. Our name lists are also constantly updated to keep them current, so they may vary season to season. Keep searching , and you may find the name you are looking for. Q. What do you mean when you say "drop"? A. Throughout the Funworks website you will often come across this term. What we are referring to is the space on our products to "drop" in a name, location, saying or special attraction. Certain products have the flexibility to be customized into different types of programs.
